- Added configuration of "Top lights" (Ledbar or lightbar with 4 led lights on it) with led light that cast shadows on objects

- Added IC Features of "Rights doors" "Roof" "SteeringBase" "Cruisecontrol"
- Added front license plates (Normaly holder is on exhaust, but if you pick lightbar plate changes its position to it)
