Edit of farm con pack

What has been done?
380 GTA
increased road speed, slight increase in power and weight (more user friendly)
XYLON 524
increased road speed to 65 km/h, increase in power to 190 HP and weight
moved to medium tractors in store
added Turbo sound on top of standard sound, turbo noise increases in volume at higher load (so doesnt become annoying)
