Small script for manual locking of steering axles.

Version 1.0.1.2:
Fixed rare synchronization error in multiplayer. (Stuck at 99%)

Version 1.0.1.1:
Multiplayer fix for the following error.

Version 1.0.0.1:
The Nardi header trolleys now work with the mod. You can no longer lock anything on them.

I've made a little script that enables the steering axles on trailers to be locked and unlocked. Think much more is never to say.
