Here a Mercedes Benz Sprinter from the building yard Geldern. The Sprinter has a warning cross installed at the rear. The warning cross can be controlled from in the cabin by Simple Ic.
You can still from the cabin a “Route control” sign with Simple Ic rear at the heck above the cross platzieren.
Tested in FS19 1.7 version.
