Ford F-250 Superduty & Bradford Bed mod for Farming Simulator 19.

After a couple of live streams done on this baby the time for the release has come and you can finally enjoy this beauty!

What has been added/changed?
> Added/Modeled the Bradford bed option for the truck
> Added the dually wheels options for the ocasion
> Added the model branding to match the dually option
> Added some color options and fine tunned some other features (attacherjoints, etc)

Tested in FS19 1.6 version.
