Compatible again with the latest patch

Conversion of the original Rabe power harrow and Amazone seed drill
-Maschio Skin for the Rabe power harrow
-Incl. Dirt spray protection for the power harrow
-Pipe bar roller or tooth packer roller can be selected
-Catch trays can be bought
-Nordsten skin for the Amazone drill
-New tires for the drill

Tested in FS19 1.7 version.
