Old-style leveler for low-power tractors.

Configurations:
- Leveler or shovel
The blade can be rotated via mouse control
With the leveler configuration it works as a normal leveler, in the shovel configuration it can be used in cleaning the stables with automatic unloading in the feeder.

Tested in FS19 1.6 version.
