Cahnge and fix some decals, add dirt on decal, ad new Bar light, new lights, add work light and beacon, more wheel configuration

This trailer has 3 configurations:
Base with animated coverage selection 50.000lt
Manure with small side and lid (Not animated) 55.000lt
Base with large side without lid 70.000lt

Two types of wheel selection: michelin and trelleborg (normal and large)

Tested in FS19 1.7 version.
